Little Known Fact: Karen and I met on the streets of New York City after being classmates at Luther College for 2 1/2 years. We then discovered that our moms introduced us as babies when they were young pastor's wives in Washington state.

Brief Bio: I’m a newlywed, a lover of clothes, shoes and accessories, but especially shoes and an avid yogi. Along with two of my colleagues in the Midwest, I’m an amateur blogger of fashion, ministry and leadership. A great book or movie keeps me entertained. Travel opportunities keep me dreaming. Good food and good friends are one of my favorite combinations. I’m the oldest of 4 kids and a graduate of Augustana College (IL) and Luther Seminary (MN). My internship was at Central Lutheran Church in Everett, WA. I think being a pastor is pretty cool (at least so far).

Little Known Fact: I was born on August 5, 1984 at 28 weeks gestation. I weighed 2 lbs 11 oz. I spent the summer of 2010 as a chaplain in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at the University of MN hospital and it brought my story full circle

Books: The Bible, The Denial of Death, Man’s Search for Meaning, What’s So Amazing about Grace, and any book by Helmut Thielicke
Heroes: The wonderful people who have touched my life with grace and comfort when I most needed someone
Little Known Fact: Few people would expect that, at 70-plus, I am an avid racquetball player and am competitive with competition over 50

Brief Bio: I’m a new husband, the older of two boys to wonderful parents and a diehard Minnesota sports fan. I graduated from Concordia-Moorhead and spent my seminary time at both PLTS in Berkeley and Luther in St. Paul. In my free time I’m an amateur chef, avid reader, lover of golf, and travel enthusiast.
